Question Title

* 1. Lifesaver of the Year
- This is a club based Lifesaving award which has been presented by the club since 2005.
- It is awarded to any club lifesaver who has shown outstanding service, dedication and achievement both individually and as a patrol team member.
- This prestigious award should be presented to that person who has stood out amongst their peers as the clubs finest operational lifesaver for the season.

Question Title

* 2. Youth Lifesaver of the Year
- This is a club based lifesaving award that has been presented since 2008.
- It is awarded to a youth lifesaver between the ages of 15-21.
- This lifesaver will have shown outstanding service, dedication and achievement as both an individual and as a patrol team member.
- This prestigious youth award should be presented to that youth lifesaver who has stood out amongst their peers as the clubs finest youth operational lifesaver for the season.

* 3. New Lifesaver of the Year
- This club based lifesaving award has been presented since 2017.
- It is awarded to a lifesaver holder who has held their award for no more than 2 years.
- This lifesaver has shown outstanding service, dedication and achievement as both an individual and a patrol team member.

* 4. New Youth Lifesaver of the Year
- This club based lifesaving award has been presented since 2017.
- It is awarded to a lifesaver holder from the U14-U15 Age Category who holds their SRC award.
- This lifesaver has shown outstanding service, dedication and achievement as both an individual and a patrol team member.

* 5. Woodside Nippers Age Group Manager of the Year
- This award recognises and rewards the outstanding achievement(s) and contribution(s) of an individual member who has managed a group of Nippers within the club. It acknowledges the impact of the AGM on the Nippers, their flexibility, adaptability to the program and club challenges the individuals self development as an AGM.

* 6. Woodside Nipper Volunteer of the Year
- This award recognises the outstanding volunteer achievement(s) and contribution(s) of an individual member to the Clubs Nippers Program.
- This could be a member who helps set up and pack up, a member who provides water safety, a member who coaches a specific skill area, or a member who helps with administration duties on club days.

* 7. Woodside Nippers Youth Volunteer of the Year
- This award recognises the outstanding volunteer achievement(s) and contribution(s) of an individual youth member (age 14-19) to the Clubs Nippers Program.
- This could be a member who helps set up and pack up, a member who provides water safety, a member who coaches a specific skill area, or a member who helps with administration duties on club days.

Question Title

* 8. Water Safety Team of the Year
- This award recognises and rewards a team of water safety volunteers that have shown significant contribution towards water safety for the club, for nippers and other events throughout the season.
- The recipients of the award must hold a relevant SLSA award (NRC, SRC or BM).

* 9. Surf Sports Volunteer of the Year
- This award recognises the outstanding volunteer achievement(s) and contribution(s) of an individual member to the Surf Sports Program.
- This could be a member who helps set up and pack up at carnivals and training, a member who provides water safety, a member who coaches a specific skill area, officiates at events or helps with administration duties at competitions and training.

* 10. MHSLSC Club Person of the Year
- This club based award has been awarded since 2005.
- It recognises a person within the club who has provided outstanding operational commitment, integrity and ingenuity throughout the year.
- The recipient of this award should be actively involved in all areas and at all levels of the clubs activities including but not limited to: Social, Volunteering, Lifesaving, Education, Nippers/Youth and Surf Sports.

* 11. MHSLSC Volunteer of the Year
- This club based award has been awarded since 2006.
- This award recognises the contributions made by a person/persons or group who constantly step forward to volunteer to assist the club.
- The recipient/s of this award have delivered a significant contribution to the club this season.
- The winner of this award does not necessarily need to be a club member.

* 12. MHSLSC Youth Leadership Award
- This award recognises our youth leaders within the club. It is awarded to a member from the U14-U19 age group.
- It is awarded to a member who has shown outstanding leadership, contribution, integrity and flexibility across all areas of Surf Lifesaving.

* 13. MHSLSC Emerging Youth Leadership Award
- This award recognises the emerging youth leaderships within the club.
- It is awarded to a member from the U14-U15 Age group who has shown outstanding leadership, contribution, integrity and flexibility during the last season.

* 14. MHSLSC Youth Volunteer of the Year
- This award  recognises the contributions made by a youth (Under 14 - Under 17) member, who constantly steps forward to volunteer to assist the club.
- The recipient of this award has delivered a significant contribution to the club this season.
