If you really believe that if what suggested is not followed, it would result a haram actin loss for the organization, raise it again in an appropriate manner and if that doesn't help, raise it with the ameer or your ameer and upwards. Discuss the matter with your fellows and carve their opinion about the issue so that you can all pursue the ameer in a stronger way.
