By completing this survey, you will help BeyondCOVID to better understand the impact of COVID-19 on businesses in South Africa, as well as the impact of the recent flooding in KwaZulu-Natal. Summary results from previous surveys have been published by News24, IOL, Radio 702, Mail and Guardian, Pretoria News etc.
   
Your completed survey enters you in a draw for a cash prize of R10,000. The previous R10,000 prizes were awarded to B. Coetzee (Western Cape) in 2020 and T. Khambule (Kwa-Zulu Natal) in 2021.
