In July 2021, Portland City Council adopted PBOT's ADA Title II Public Right of Way Transition Plan. The transition plan is required to be updated every 5 years. This is the first 5-year update. The ADA Title II Public Right-of-Way Transition Plan 5-Year Update is now available for review and we recognize it is a lengthy document. Public input on the plan update is essential to a thorough, credible plan, especially from community members with disabilities and caregivers. You can provide your thoughts on the transportation system in Portland and/or PBOT programs by answering the questions in this survey.
The following questions are open-ended and intended to allow you to share your experience. Transportation Infrastructure examples include sidewalks, transit stops, curb ramps, crosswalks, parking, and pedestrian signals. PBOT Program examples include Sunday Parkways, Leaf Collection, Outdoor Dining Permits, Temporary Routes During Construction, Compose Day, Transportation Wallet, and Bike Town.
