Covid-19 Kildare Food Provision Survey

Kildare PPN are conducting a survey to try and map out all of the services that are offering food provision services across Kildare during the Covid-19 outbreak to try and identify gaps and specific areas in need. If your organisation/community group is  offering a food provision service (supplying meals, food parcels etc.) or you are aware of a group offering such a service, we would appreciate if you could take our quick survey.  Please fill in 1 survey per group or Please fill in a separate survey for each group.
