Welcome to the Nurse Workplace Climate Study. We are assessing the climate of both nursing practice and education worksites—if you have experience with both, we would love for you to fill out two surveys; one for each setting. Think of only one of those settings as you answer this questionnaire. At the end of this document, we ask a few questions about your institution or agency so that we can compare various types of organizations on climate issues. You do not need to provide any personal information that might identify you. This study was approved by the IRB at San Francisco State University. We anticipate it will take about 10-15 minutes to complete.
