Thank you for taking the time to complete the Team Trust Dynamics Survey. This is an anonymous survey that will provide us with a big picture understanding of your team's current state so that we can explore how you work together, what's working and where you can build on how you communicate and collaborate together. Keep in mind, the "Team" in this survey includes all the individuals attending the fall workshop.
