This survey explores the professional experiences of individuals working in the technology sector in Germany. While participation is open and encouraged to people of all backgrounds, the study is motivated by a significant gap in available data on Black professionals in the German tech ecosystem. Existing research and public statistics rarely capture their experiences, contributions, or challenges, leaving the Black tech landscape in Germany largely under-researched.
All responses will be anonymized, and the data collected will be used exclusively for research purposes. The survey takes approximately 10–15 minutes to complete. Please read each question carefully and answer as accurately as possible based on your personal experience.
