Please use this Professional Development Credit Verification Report to ensure credits from your professional development activities have been accurately recorded.
  1. Before you fill out this credit verification report, please login to your CMAC MEMBER PROFILE and review the "Transcript" section.
  2. This report only asks you to identify missing credits from your profile.
  3. You may reference the CMAC Certification Credit Allocation chart which list the different types of activities and their corresponding credits.
