About This Survey

The forces reshaping corporate real estate are no longer primarily internal. Digital labor, economic pressures, and geopolitical realignment are creating a new operating environment that is arriving faster than most portfolio strategies are designed to absorb. This survey asks enterprise CRE leaders how these forces are registering on their radar today, how they are translating into concrete portfolio and workplace decisions, and what they believe will define the function's agenda over the next several years.
