STEM Boys Leadership Academy is a 32-week program (Oct. 19th - May 25th) designed to empower middle school-aged boys to not only discover, but also explore the fields of Science Technology Engineering and Math. With a growing need for STEM awareness, we strive to expose the educational, economical, career, and social opportunities of STEM- based learning to our students through engaging, fun, and hands-on activities.

Team building icebreakers and hands-on STEM activities to introduce scholars to STEM Careers and different fields of science.

My Future City Competition: Working in teams with an educator, STEM mentor, and career professionals, scholars are challenged to imagine what it would be like to walk down the main street of a city at least 100 years in the future. They’ll use their research, observations, and imagination to electrify their future by designing a city completely powered by electricity generated from sources that keep your citizens and the environment healthy and safe.

Career Connectors will provide representation, visibility, and influence scholars to continue to advance their interests in STEM careers while also empowering our students to envision themselves thriving in a STEM field. This includes visiting career connectors on site at their office, lab, or worksite.
