The facility management department at the Georgia World Congress Center is introducing this survey to:

(1) quantify your contribution to the reduction of air pollution and land development impacts from automobile use for commuting, and

(2) quantify and improve the conditions for human health and indoor air quality.

The transportation portion of this survey is designed to record how you traveled to and from the Georgia World Congress Center each day between Monday June 6 and Sunday June 12, 2016. The thermal comfort portion of this survey is designed to assess building occupant comfort as it relates to thermal conditions, acoustics, indoor air quality (IAQ), lighting levels, and cleanliness.

Only 2 minutes of your time is requested. This survey is one piece of a comprehensive plan to lessen the carbon footprint and environmental impact from the operations and maintenance of the Georgia World Congress Center. The full sustainability effort includes water savings, energy upgrades, and improvements to green maintenance practices all leading up to LEED recertification. LEED is a third party verified green building rating system that demonstrates responsible resource use and minimizing waste.

As you complete this survey, we ask for your fair and honest feedback. Your responses will be reviewed by the Sustainability Manager and the LEED Consulting Team. Your suite within the building is required to address any issues of dissatisfaction. Your feedback is anonymous.

Thank you for your participation.
