These awards are a participation sport, so submit your nominations via the form below. Please be thoughtful and provide our judges with additional information for each nomination that will be taken into consideration when determining this year's finalists in each category.

We’ll take nominations in the categories through March 21, with anyone in the Pacific Northwest community (Oregon, Idaho, Washington and British Columbia) able to nominate worthy candidates. From that list, we’ll work with our illustrious judging panel — including venture capitalists, CEOs, lawyers and other top minds in the tech community — to winnow our list to five nominees in each category.

Note: One nomination is as good as 20, so no need to flood the ballot box at this time. That will come later when we open the voting up to the community in each of the categories.

* 1. Startup of the Year, presented by BCRA Design. This team is on the brink of stardom, but more importantly, innovating, executing, and making a difference. To be eligible for consideration in this category, startups need to be no more than 4 years old as of May 2019.

* 2. Next Tech Titan, presented by Walker Sands. Place your bets on the next dominant force in the Pacific Northwest.

* 3. Deal of the Year: IPOs and Acquisitions presented by WSGR. It’s the Reese’s cup, chocolate-peanut butter combination. A great acquisition or IPO that occurred between May 2018 and March 2019.

* 4. Deal of the Year: Venture Capital Financing. This deal put plenty of fuel in the tank for an emerging tech powerhouse from the Pacific Northwest. Eligible deals between May 2018 and March 2019.

* 5. Startup CEO of the Year. Managing a fast-growing startup is not easy, but this startup technology executive has passion, drive, smarts and an ability to see around corners. Eligible companies must have 200 employees or fewer.

* 6. Big Tech CEO of the Year presented by EY. This leader of a technology company with more than 200 employees has vision, fortitude, creativity, and that impossible to define x-factor.

* 7. Young Entrepreneur of the Year. Here's to the future: Look for big things from this entrepreneur, who has already made an impact in the startup world despite being younger than 30.
