The Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF) and City of Whittier are asking for your feedback on two transportation planning efforts that are currently underway: the Whittier Moves Transportation Master Plan (Whittier Moves) and the Whittier Safety Action Plan (SAP). These plans will work together to help guide future transportation investments, improve safety and connectivity, support funding opportunities, and inform long-term community planning.
The public comment deadline for both plans is Friday, July 24, 2026.
