We are planning leader training for our Self Management Programs.

The Persistent Pain Self Management Program (PPSMP) helps people who are living with ongoing pain.
Get the Most out of Life (GTMOOL) is a self management program for people with chronic conditions of all sorts.

Both programs run for 6 weeks, 2.5 hours each week.
Leaders deliver programs in pairs to groups of 10 - 15 people.

As a leader you would be expected to deliver one program every 12 months.
You could deliver programs in person or online.

We are planning for leader training for the PPSMP starting 20 Oct and running until 1 December 2022.
The dates / times are: Wednesdays and Thursdays each week, 12.30pm - 3pm.

You need to be able to make it to every session.
