Welcome to GV Health's Consumer Partnership registration survey.
By becoming a Consumer Partner you will have the opportunity to be involved in a number of ways including, but not limited to:
- focus groups
- development and review of consumer publications
- development and review of staff education and training
- sharing your story and experiences of your health journey
You will also have the opportunity to become a consumer representative and be involved in hospital improvement projects, committee meetings and development and review of guidelines, plans and procedures.
We acknowledge that not everyone's journey is a positive experience.
