About Jamii Court
Jamii Court is a 96-unit multi-family community located in SW Portland along SW Barbur Boulevard. Community amenities include two community rooms, an outdoor plaza with seating and a grill, lounge spaces on each floor, bike parking, and dedicated services space.

Development Timeline
Jamii Court is currently under construction and is on track to be completed by Fall 2027. Lease-up will begin in Summer 2027.
