District 34's Strategic Plan lists core values of our community. In order to achieve and maintain day-to-day success within our system, all stakeholders must adopt these values. This survey addresses the following core value: 

Diversity, Inclusion & Equity: We embrace and welcome the differences of each member of our community and provide equitable resources to meet the needs of all learners.

This survey seeks to understand the current "State of Equity" in D34 and identify the foundational knowledge of diversity, inclusion and equity in Glenview. The results will help to guide the development of planning how to execute this goal within the strategic plan.

We are seeking input form all staff on Equity in D34. Though many of the questions are geared toward classroom teachers and staff who work directly with students. However, diversity, inclusion, & equity apply to all states within our system, whether we are interacting with children or not.
