MYAN WA CaLD Youth Survey - The Impacts of COVID-19
The Multicultural Youth Advocacy Network of Western Australia (MYAN WA) is an youth-led advocacy organisation that works to increase positive outcomes for culturally and linguistically diverse (CaLD) young people.
The aim of this survey is to gain an insight of the current experiences and impact the current Coronavirus (COVID – 19) has had on CaLD young people in Western Australia, particularly around available and accessible information and resources and COVID-19's impact on education.
Please complete the survey if you are a young person aged 10-25 and are: · From a CaLD background · From refugee and migrant background · An International student
We know this is a stressful time for everyone, so we will be incredibly appreciative if you can spare a moment to let us know a bit more about how you're feeling about the current situation. We hope to utilise the findings to further advocate for more support for CaLD young people during these difficult and uncertain times.
If you have any questions regarding this survey or would like to reach out to talk more about your experiences, please don't hesitate to contact MYAN WA Project Officer Zinab Al Hilaly, at myan@yacwa.org.au. If you want to give more detailed feedback into the current response to COVID-19 for young people in WA, feel free to also fill out YACWA's general youth survey here.
Stay safe everyone, look after yourselves and don't forget to wash your hands.
