Employee Workforce Housing Survey

Objectives: This survey is intended to provide local and regional leaders and decision-makers with relevant, actionable information related to the region’s need for affordable workforce housing. More specifically, the survey will help us improve the region’s workforce recruitment and retention efforts by achieving better understanding of the need and greater alignment between the workforce shortages the region is facing and the housing required to address those needs.
Type of information being sought: The survey seeks to gain insights from employees such as yourselves hired between 10/1/2024 and 9/30/2025 and would underscore the fact that only you can provide this information that we need to accurately evaluate this region’s workforce housing needs; so, we ask that you please participate in this important effort. If you’re unsure about a question, simply answer as best you can.
