We very much appreciate your support in giving us an accurate picture of the current awareness and practice of Patient and Public Involvement (PPI, also known as patient engagent or service-user involvement) of people with lived experience of epilepsy in shaping epilepsy research around the world. We will use the results of this survey to develop a guidance for researchers to encourage and support more meaningful involvement of people with lived experience of epilepsy across relevant studies, projects and initiatives.
The deadline to complete the survey is Tuesday, 10th February, 2026.
We may also seek to publish the results of this work in a journal adding to the understanding of, and advancing the field of, Patient and Public Involvement (PPI) in research and healthcare.
