The Governance Task Force (GTF) is a committee of the CIC created to evaluate the current governance structure of the Chemical Institute of Canada (CIC) and the Canadian Societies for Chemistry (CSC), Chemical Engineering (CSChE), and Chemical Technology (CSCT). This questionnaire is a tool for the GTF to engage membership and gather valuable feedback on how the current structure is functioning as well as what the membership deems important to the governance structure, function, and accountability of the CIC and its Societies (i.e., CSC, CSChE, and CSCT). The survey will remain anonymous by default; however, an option will be available at the end of the survey to provide your contact information to be entered into a raffle to win one of four $25 Amazon gift cards.
