Please complete this brief application to present at a future Journal Club, hosted by the HOPA Education Development Committee. Your submission is for the August - December 2024 Journal Club sessions.
 
In order to be a presenter for a Journal Club Webinar, you must be a PGY2 Resident during 2024-2025 residency year and a HOPA member in good standing.
 
You may submit for yourself as a PGY2, and must include the name and email address of your preceptor in this application. NOTE: Only residents are allowed to submit this application.  Residency Directors should encourage their residents to apply for themselves.

All completed, eligible applications will be chosen at random.  All applicants will be notified by May 30th whether or not their application was randomly chosen.
