Mission: To develop and foster a community of pediatricians that reflects the growing diversity of our patients locally and across the nation. Our program is committed to recruiting and supporting trainees who identify themselves as underrepresented minorities based on factors such as race, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, and sexual orientation.
