Thank you for taking a few minutes to complete our survey.  You should have received along with the link to this survey, a needs assessment that summarizes the latest substance abuse consumption, consequence, and contributing factor data for Androscoggin County.  The goal is, after you've reviewed the needs assessment, to get your feedback on what strategies will have the most impact on the identified youth substance abuse issues in Androscoggin County in the months ahead.  We invite you to not only consider the needs assessment data, but also your experiences in the community as a professional and as a resident. 
 
We will use the feedback from this survey to inform the strategy choices we make in the next funding year.  Thank you again very much for completing this survey, it should only take 10-15 minutes at most to complete.
