Please note that Brownie level troops and older may have up to 20 girls at a meeting with two adult volunteers, while Daisy level troops may have a maximum of 12 girls at a meeting with two adult volunteers.  The ratios for meetings and events can be found of page 67 of Volunteer Essentials
