Governor Jim Justice and Volunteer West Virginia, in celebration of volunteers across West Virginia, invite nominations for the 2024 Governor's Service Awards. Awards may be presented to nominees in each of the following categories for significant volunteer service contributions in 2023. 

We strongly recommend you prepare your answers in a word document and copy them into this form when you are ready to submit your nomination. Also please note, no more than three nominations may be submitted by the same nominator.

Nominations are due by March 8th, 2024.

A list of the 2024 Governor's Service Awards recipients will be posted on Volunteer West Virginia's website by May 15th, 2024.
