AWD Doghouse Lottery Program

Program Information - Please Read!

This is an application to enter the lottery for a Low-Income Doghouse from the City of Albuquerque Animal Welfare Department. Before you apply, please note the following criteria to qualify for the lottery:
  1. The owner of the pet(s) MUST be at least 18 years old and live in the City of Albuquerque. Pet owners who live outside of the City of Albuquerque are not eligible to apply for this program.
  2. All applicants must qualify as low-to-moderate-income
    1.Pet Owner Information (Must be over 18 and reside in the City of Albuquerque)(Required.)
    2.Please provide an alternate phone number for the pet owner (different from the number listed in the question above).(Required.)
    3.Is the pet owner a resident in the City of Albuquerque?(Required.)
