I understand that if I miss my flight, am unable to attend the program without notice, or if I am removed from the program due to violating the attendance policy or code of conduct, I will be responsible for reimbursing the National Construction Council (NCC) for all expenses related to my attendance, including airfare, accommodations, and other associated costs. I am aware that any changes I make to the flights, ticket status, or seats offered by NCC will be incurred at my own expense. Also, the NCC will not cover any travel-related expenses such as travel insurance, meals, clothing, entertainment, and other miscellaneous costs. Moreover, I confirm that I can legally enter the United States and that I have a Canadian Passport that expires at minimum, 6 months post-program. If I fail to attend the training program due to restrictions at the border or airport, or missed flights, I will be responsible for reimbursing the NCC all associated costs.
