Thank you for attending the 8th International Congress of the GRS and IGF Society held in Tel Aviv, Israel on November 6-9, 2016.

Before December 7, 2016:
1. Complete the anonymous online evaluation.
2. Complete the credit claim form and submit.
3. Save the certificate to your computer, then fill-in and retain for your personal records.
