CommonSpirit St. Catherine Hospital, in partnership with LiveWell Finney County, is conducting a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) to better understand the most important health concerns in our Kansas communities. We need your input!
Your feedback will help identify key health challenges, gaps in services, and opportunities to improve health programs and resources. The information gathered will guide future initiatives to better support the well-being of southwest Kansas residents.
