AISA School Membership Inquiry Form

Instructions

Thank you for your interest in joining the AISA community. Please complete this Inquiry Form in full, noting that we cannot process a partially completed form.

Be sure to upload your accreditation certificate (if relevant).

You will receive a notification from AISA within 5 working days of receipt of the application.
If your school meets the minimum membership criteria, AISA will send you an invoice for a non-refundable application fee of US$150 and invite you to complete a School Membership Profile.
The completed profile will then be submitted to the Membership Sub-Committee of the AISA Board for review and consideration.
The AISA Executive Director will thereafter notify you of the Board's decision.
