Tell us what you think!

Geelong Regional Libraries is committed to creating welcoming spaces to enhance visitors’ experiences and access to library services.

As part of our Reading Ahead Library Plan 2017 to 2020 we are embracing meaningful change as the needs of our community evolve. We want to build on the positive feedback that visitors have shared with us about their library experiences and ensure that patrons with a disability feel welcome and included.

We invite your participation in this brief (and anonymous) survey, to help inform the development of a Disability Access and Inclusion Plan that will guide our initiatives to provide enhanced spaces and services. Your feedback will be handled with the highest confidentiality.

The survey covers a range of topics and seeks the views of:
·        People with a disability who use our libraries and mobile services
·        Parents of a child with disability
.        People who currently do not use our libraries

The Australian Federation of Disability Organisations –  led by and for people with disability will help us review survey responses and identify where we can improve.
