We strongly encourage all teacher leaders to participate in the program for two consecutive years. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances inhibit consistency. Our experience this year has showed us that teacher leaders tend to excel the most when there are at least two teacher leaders at a school. Schools that had one teacher leader during the 2017- 2018 school year are welcome to add an additional teacher leader for next school year.
