2019 WIRV Outstanding Female Award Nomination

Information about the Award Criteria

Current females practicing in the Victorian Insolvency and Restructuring industry (including lawyers, bankers, accountants, insolvency practitioners, valuers and service providers) may be nominated for this award.

The criteria for Most Outstanding Female practitioner candidates are to have:

·                demonstrated dynamic and innovative leadership;

·                shown a tangible commitment to improving the delivery of insolvency and restructuring services to    the industry;

·                mentored, supported and/or guided others within the insolvency and restructuring industry, particularly women;

·                enhanced the profile of women in the insolvency and restructuring industry; and

·                made a difference for other women in the industry.

Candidates are encouraged to share examples of how they have demonstrated the above criteria in their own workplace and wider community.

Please keep your answer to each question to 400 words or less.

The nomination form contains all the information that will be considered in determining the winner of the award. No external or supporting material should be provided.

 Keep in mind that the nomination is only as good as the information you provide to us.

All nominations will be anonymously assessed using an indexing criterion by the 2019 Independent Judging Panel comprised of Her Honour Judge Marks of the County Court of Victoria, Ms Thea Eszenyi of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission and Mr Tim Cole of the Australian Financial Securities Authority.

Three finalists will be selected and announced in July 2019.
