1. Introduction
Mid Murray Council is developing a new Strategic Plan - Our Plan 2020-24. This plan will guide our district's future development and our decision-making over the next four years.
It will be a key document that will determine what projects, community programs and initiatives we support - and how Council functions as a sustainable and successful organisation.
Community feedback is essential to let us know if we're on the right track in developing the draft plan - or if there's something we've missed.
We have established five key themes for our plan: Our Business, Our Community, Our Environment, Our Growth and Our Lifestyle. We have also created draft Focus Areas and Goals for these areas.
Now we want to hear your thoughts. Please take the time to complete this survey. Your input will be used to create the complete draft Our Plan 2020-24, with key actions and measures to help achieve our goals. We'll bring this back to you for a second round of consultation in the coming months.
