AFT Covid Vaccine Survey

Please complete this survey only once, and only if you are an SMCCD faculty member. All responses will be anonymous.

The aims of the survey are 1) to gauge faculty interest in receiving a Covid vaccination and 2) to gauge the accessibility of Covid vaccines to faculty who want to receive them.

Our statewide union, the California Federation of Teachers, may be able to provide resources to assist our Local in making vaccines more accessible if many faculty who want a vaccine have not yet been able to access one.
