Transition to Medical School - Class of 2030: Monday

The purpose of this survey is to help us evaluate our Orientation Program. Your responses are anonymous. You will be asked to complete daily surveys to capture your thoughts on each day's activities.  The data will be collected by the Offices for Medical Education and the findings reported to the faculty to help in future orientation planning.
