Your community. Your experience.

Thank you for participating in The Connection survey. The survey should take approximately 10-15 minutes to finish.
The Connection is a public-private partnership formed to help the community share valuable insights about barriers you experience or see in our community. By taking part in the survey, you can help us understand your needs, identify gaps in community services, and break down barriers to participation in public programs, the economy, and workforce. We believe by leveraging the power of diverse voices we can shape the future and your feedback will play a crucial role in creating solutions that empower individuals and families. We are committed to including everyone's voice, to remove barriers, and create pathways to sustainable jobs and stable homes.

The following questions ask about barriers you may have faced or currently face related to obtaining a job, maintaining a job or moving up in a work setting. At the end of each section, there is an opportunity for you to share additional information if you’d like.  Please think about the last 12 months as you consider your answers to the questions. We encourage you to answer the questions based on your personal experience.
