Geraldton PS P & C Association Parent/Carer Canteen Survey, 2018
The Geraldton Primary School P & C Association are currently conducting an extensive assessment on the school canteen in collaboration with the Canteen Sub-Committee.
We want to make our decisions regarding our school canteen based on information and feedback from our school community, including parent/carers, staff and Year 3 to 6 students.
This survey will also help us to get a picture of what has been happening in the school canteen to better understand what is helping or hindering the viability of the canteen.
We would like to find out what you think! All answers will remain confidential.
It is estimated that the survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
The deadline for the survey completion is Friday 12 October 2018 (the end of the first week of Term 4).
