NEL Training Hub is pleased to offer fully funded places for a PG Cert in Clinical Education for interested General Practice Nurses, delivered by an independent HEI of your choice.
Please note: Funding for 2026–2027 is not yet confirmed. You are invited to express your interest in joining a cohort starting between September 2026 and March 2027.

Essential criteria:
- A minimum 2:2 undergraduate Bachelor’s (honours) degree
- A minimum of two years’ experience (or part-time equivalent) in practice.

Current involvement in education and training as part of your role.

3. Once the EOI form has closed a shortlisting process will take place. Applicants will be assessed based on:
- Meeting the eligibility criteria
- Submission of a completed EOI form & Readiness Checklist
- Readiness Checklist indicating preparedness for the course
4. Shortlisted applicants may be invited to interview.
5. If successful, you will be guided to apply directly to your chosen university. Please note:
- NHSE funding will be available only for applicants who secure a university place by the final cohort intake date March 2027
- The available funding envelope has a limit—you may need to select an HEI whose course falls within this funding cap.
