To thank people for being a part of my network, I offer to link Chicago-area job seekers in the HR field with organizations who are looking to fill open HR-related positions.

As a value-add, I foster an "inside connection" to reinforce meaningful rapport on both sides of the equation.

Candidates visit my HRjobs Interest Form to let me know 1) in what area of HR they are seeking employment and 2) at what level.

Organizations with open positions complete the following form, allowing me to share relevant information with a segmented portion of my candidate database, usually within 1-3 business days.
You must work for the company in question, or be willing/able to connect me with someone involved in the hiring process, in order to submit an opportunity here.

NOTE: I provide this service at no cost. My only ask of you will be an introduction to one or more companies/consultants in your own personal network, who might benefit from learning more about the DiSC personality assessment.
