Culture Committee
The TPMG Culture Committee is a team of twelve employees that strategically drives company culture by bringing different perspectives and experiences together for a common goal.
Culture Committee Purpose Statement:
To strengthen employee, company, and community morale by improving TPMG culture, listening to employee experiences and perspectives, upholding our core values, and creating events that bring people together for a common goal.
Culture Committee:
- 2-year term, 2025-2026.
- 60+ minutes per month, Meets virtually (camera must be on) at 12:30 PM the first Thursday of each month.
- Voluntary and open to all.
- Candidates must be employed with TPMG for at least one year.
- Candidates must submit an application.
- When the two-year term is up, members have the option to stay on if others aren't interested.
- This is a committee of 12, supported by HR, Marketing, Admin leadership, and the Diversity Committee.
Culture Committee Events and Activities:
TPMG Spirit Week, Community Food Drive, Customer Service Training, Employee Appreciation, Walking Challenge, Patient Appreciation Week, Support Groups, Employee Recognition, and more.
