This survey is to help others better understand the health care needs of both Native and non-Native Veterans. It is only by hearing from nearly everyone that we can be sure the results truly represent Veterans' experiences. Your response matters.
The questionnaire asks about:

- The kind of health care services you want
Details about participating:
- Your responses are completely voluntary and anonymous.
- The survey should take about 10-15 minutes.
- It is being conducted by the Trickster Art Gallery to improve the visibility of our Veterans' needs.
- A final report will also be available on Trickster's website.
