2020 Co-op Advertising Application The Co-op Advertising Program gives Uptown Waterloo businesses the opportunity to apply for extra funding to advertise their business. Please read the requirements of the program before submitting this form. OK Program Requirements/Notes: The Co-op Advertising Program is available for Uptown Waterloo BIA businesses only. Businesses will receive funding by direct deposit after the advertisement has run; businesses will be put in touch with the BIA's accountant to set up direct deposit. In order to receive funding, the Uptown Waterloo BIA must receive a copy of the ad prior to publishing (.mp3 for radio; .mp4 or web link for television; .pdf/.jpg proof for print or digital). Uptown Waterloo must be mentioned within the ad at least once in order to be considered a co-op ad. The Uptown BIA must also receive a copy of the cost estimate and/or invoice provided by the advertising representative. It is the sole responsibility of each business to organize and execute the campaign; the BIA will not provide any graphic design or production support. The sole mandate of the Co-op Advertising Program is to subsidize the cost of the ad(s). Businesses interested must submit their application before the ad runs to be approved.
