ESMS After School June 2019 Programming
With the end of year quickly approaching, we are making some changes to the last two weeks of after school. Please fill out this online form to complete registration for your son/daughter.
In these last two weeks of school, we will be offering four different activities -- study lab, open gym, open art room and movies/games.
Each activity will be available for one or two sessions. If you are planning for a second session activity, please make sure you register for a first session as well.
If there are days/sessions that your student is not participating, please leave them blank.
