Proficiency Teacher Scholarship

Have you left a conference with a new idea and all the tools and knowledge to implement it—except for funding?

This scholarship is open to thought leaders who work in middle and high school language programs and strive to advance their proficiency practice. Scholarship funds can be applied to professional development, materials for research, supplies to pilot a new proficiency-driven strategy in your classroom, or funds you need to share your voice: presentation/workshop supplies, conference entry costs, podcast or blog costs, etc.

3 reminders:
  • Requests must connect to this month’s Proficiency Teacher Grant theme to be considered.
  • Your application responses can be brief but should be thorough enough that you hit all of the points in the evaluation rubric.
  • We recommend reviewing how we evaluate and distribute awards prior to applying.

100% of survey complete.
