How Do You Get Information about Your Health?

'Health Literacy' is about how people access, understand and use health information in ways to benefit their physical and mental health.

The Barossa Council is conducting this survey for the Barossa Local Health Cluster to identify ways in which people find information about their health. 

The information gathered from the survey will be included in a report along with recommendations about how access to health information can be improved for people in the Barossa.  You must be 18 or over to complete the survey. Your completion of the survey is your consent for your anonymous responses to be included in the research.  At the end of the survey you will have the option to enter into the draw for one of two $50 eftpos gift cards.  The draw will take place on 19 April 2022. This project has been funded by Country SA PHN.
