Introduction

Michaux Danzoll, a Charityworks Trainee and part of Macc’s Core and Policy & Influence Team, is conducting a research project titled The State of Climate Action among VCSE Sector Organisations in Greater Manchester. This investigation aims to identify the ongoing climate work of VCSEs and the barriers and opportunities to expanding climate action across Greater Manchester through one-to-one interviews and a survey.

We would really appreciate responses to this survey from:
  • Any VCSE organisations that have ongoing climate commitments or currently conduct projects to address the impacts and causes of climate change in Greater Manchester.
  • Any VCSE organisations that conduct work within Greater Manchester.
We want to hear from you if you work for an organisation located within the Greater Manchester area. Whether you are an organisation that does not conduct any climate action work or if climate action is a central element of your organisation’s objectives, we want your voice to be heard.

The anonymous data collected from this survey will contribute to the creation of an Impact Research project as part of the Charityworks Traineeship Scheme. The information gained from this work will be used to create a report with policy recommendations to support and grow the climate action of VCSE organisations across Greater Manchester.

All answers are anonymous. You do not have to provide any information you are uncomfortable with sharing. This survey takes no longer than 3-5 minutes depending on your answers.
