Returning this application form implies no formal commitment, only a declaration of intent. Operators will not be asked to give a firm commitment until they have received the offer with the cost analysis.

Our organization wishes to finance the costs of participation in the Link by GMS measurement from (please tick the relevant box):
[1] Please verify with your QSF national coordinator that your current QSF funds are sufficient to cover your GMS participa­tion costs. In electing to fund your participation from your QSF assets, you will be committing to participate for the entire period indicated. No reimbursement will be possible before the end of the project and, if a project is withdrawn before the end of the period indicated, the fixed costs – such as those of data analysis and monitoring of the RFID system – will be payable for the entire period (divided among the overall number of GMS participants).
